Easihouse.co.uk has been developed to make the buying and selling of houses as quick and cheap as possible but there are still a few legal item that we have to fulfill.

We ask you for a signature on our "Terms of Business" document which confirms your agreement for Easihouse.co.uk to act on your behalf and that you will pay the 0.5% commission if we are successful.
This is the only paper transaction in the process.

We take you through the procedure including the signing of the contract on the "CONTACT" page

Terms of Business for Easihouse .co.uk

General
We ask all clients to sign this agreement before any information relating to the property for sale is displayed on the Easihouse.co.uk website.
By signing this agreement you give authority for Easihouse.co.uk to act on your behalf and that you will pay 0.5% commission to Easihouse.co.uk on the successful completion of the sale of the property. VAT will be added to the commission. Commission is payable only when the purchaser has been introduced to you by Easihouse.co.uk.

Accuracy of Information
Easihouse.co.uk do not inspect properties or give valuations. It is the responsibility of the vendor to supply information that is accurate and truthful

Sole or Multiple Selling Rights
Easihouse.co.uk make no distinction between Sole or Multiple selling rights.
0.5% commission applies in both cases.
This may not be the case with other companies you are using, so please check.

Money Laundering
Government legislation dictates that we must have proof of your identity and your address. To satisfy this requirement we ask you to send a copy of your passport and a recent utility bill bearing your name and the property address

Solicitors
At the time of an offer being accepted we ask you to instruct a solicitor to conduct the sale and to pay the commission +VAT to Easihouse.co.uk out of the proceeds of the sale. Payment on completion of the sale.

Termination of Contract
Either party have the right to terminate the contract within 14 days of giving written notice.
